Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Your Preference

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your ring for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print Your Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your silicone ring.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
